company specializing in the processing of garlic, onions, and shallots since 1872.
This merger brings together complementary expertise and consolidates local agricultural sectors through the pooling of resources.
For the Colin group, this operation marks a major step in its development strategy by strengthening its capabilities and industrial facilities for the
primary processing of plant-based raw materials.
With more than 2,300 tons of garlic processed each year, Colin is now the European leader in garlic processing.
For its part, Rochias benefits from the group's commercial strength while retaining its identity and artisanal roots.
