This mix is part of the Save the green trend: A very “comfort food” frame of mind in this aromatic mix, in which the mellowness of the coconut milk is given a boost by the impatience of coffee extract. The garden pea adds sweetness and colour… green obviously! To use in farmhouse & cream soups, espumas, seasoning for fresh young cheese, savoury cakes, aperitif snacks, mortadella & sausage roulade.
