CAYENNE PEPPER / BASIL / CINNAMON The burning sensation of the cayenne pepper is softened by the cinnamon and the soothing, green notes of the basil leaf. Perfect for adding personality to black pudding, festive stuffings, meat pies, pâtés and terrines, but also for flavoured butters, ganaches, spice breads and biscuits.
