This mix is part of the Happy Flavours trend: it is intended as a gloom-buster, a bit of fun to break the monotony of the weekly shop! VINEGAR / HERBES DE PROVENCE / SESAME The energising acidity of the vinegar is offset by the mild notes of the Herbes de Provence. The crunchiness of the toasted sesame seeds is a pleasant surprise. Perfect for customising sauces and seasonings for white fish, salmon or white meats. Can also be incorporated into bread products or used as a new flavour for flaky snacks.
